This is me...
In search of a new adventure, my wife and I moved to live in the French countryside in 2012 and established a successful business selling property in the French departments of Dordogne, Charente and Haute Vienne. Whilst our reputation for outstanding customer service was acclaimed by both buyers and sellers, the real key to our success was down to the way that we presented our portfolio of properties.
Working with an international client base, we understood their need to develop a thorough appreciation of a property before committing to an expensive journey to view it ‘in the flesh’. Whilst a comprehensive written description of a property is helpful, above all else our clients valued images above words.
And so it was that we became recognised as leaders in the French property market for our provision of high quality photographs, floorplans, video tours and aerial views. Our aim has always been to capture the unique atmosphere of each and every property.
An increasing number of homeowners are taking advantage of changes in the French market place and are selling their properties privately, without engaging the services of an estate agent. Whilst there are a number of internet property portals which encourage private advertisements, the need to stand out against the large estate agencies means that homeowners must present their property in an exceptional manner.
To meet that need, I have established a new business...Ambiance Maison Photographie.
I use my expertise to help your property to stand out from the crowd and inspire potential buyers to make that all important ‘click’ to find out more. I work with my clients to help them to display their property to its best advantage, to motivate buyers to want to come and view it for themselves.
